One problem I have.
Works as advertized though some funtions take a little getting use to. I found one particular draw back, it does not find any of my Office/Outlook 2007 passwords though product states it's compatiable with. All other functions work, just does not retrieve Outlook 2007 passwords and their tech support have not been able to find a solution.
Pros: Works as advertized except for password function mentioned.
Cons: Some functions can overload the novice user.
